FIXIT Indonesia is here to take the wide open opportunity, namely to provide online and offline-based electronic device (gadget) services. FIXIT website provides several services, namely cellphone, tablet, laptop, computer & printer services. Only by accessing the website, users who experience problems with their devices are asked to fill in several stages such as mentioning the damage, type of device and so on to determine the price to be agreed upon, after the user agrees to the price given by professional technician partners from FIXIT Indonesia, they will come to the user’s place to pick up the device and after completion it will be delivered back to the user’s place.

We are interested in becoming entrepreneurs because we want to be part of the problem solver for the problems that are being felt by many people, such as students, students and office workers. FIXIT Indonesia provides convenience and adapts to the technological developments.

FIXIT Indonesia is a website (still in the stage of changing to Apps) that can be accessed by all people, especially those who are technology literate. Through this website, users will be provided with several services, namely cellphone, tablet, laptop, computer & printer services.

With this, the user will save more time and effort or maybe the price which will make FIXIT easier to accept, namely as a solution to device problems effectively and efficiently.

The UNNES Growth Hub has assisted us, FIXIT Indonesia from its inception in 2020 by providing moral advice and support regarding our ideas.

We were also included by the Growth Hub of UNNES in product exhibitions, thereby increasing our network, including adding to our consumers because in the product exhibition, our products or services could be known by more people.

We feel that we are continually supported because the UNNES Growth Hub always asks about the continuity of our business during the COVID-19 pandemic. We get advice and support including getting consumers from networks in the UNNES Growth Hub.

We also still need a lot of funding so that we can continue to make product improvements. FIXIT Indonesia still needs development to make it even more perfect, especially for the development of FIXIT into an application that will make it easier for its users.

Regarding licensing and certification from FIXIT Indonesia, for now it is still collecting self-registration files and asking for input from the incubator for the legality of other FIXIT Indonesia supporters. Therefore, FIXIT Indonesia needs help and business support from the UNNES Growth Hub so that FIXIT Indonesia can develop better.
